  • Martyn Murray

    Project Manager

    Background

    Martyn graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2010. From there he moved to Birmingham to take up a Project Manager role with Neolec Lighting. Here he gained project management experience within a fast-paced manufacture and install environment, and was responsible for projects in their entirety, from estimate to invoice. He joined the team here at ClickNetherfield in July 2012.

  • Mike Chaplin

    Managing Director

    Background

    Mike is technical lead on all our major projects and leads our product development effort, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of museum display case manufacture.

  • Donald Bennie

    Project Manager

    Background

    Having Graduated from Heriot Watt University in 2012 with a degree in Urban & Regional Planning Donald began his career in recruitment for the construction industry, where he gained experience of managing client accounts. From there he took up a role in planning with a consulting company where he worked on a number of major energy and housing projects.

    His experience before joining ClickNetherfield means he knows the importance of detail when meeting clients’ expectations. He joined the team here at ClickNetherfield in June 2015.

    Chief Estimator

    Background

    Horst has over 20 years' experience in the furniture, shopfitting & museum industries. He plays a key role in interpreting and understanding client requirements from early stage tender drawings. Horst's in-depth knowledge of our systems and his attention to detail ensure that we continue to delivery accurate pricing, specifications and maintain accurate work records.

    Commercial Manager

    Background

    Grant knows how to manage all stages of a showcase project - from site surveying to final client inspection. His wealth of experience allows him to co-ordinate trades and subcontractors, and his calm approach continually reassures our clients that their project is in good hands.

    Operations Director

    Background

    Alistair is driven by making things better and committed to delivering right first time, on time, every time. Evolution not revolution is his maxim and by focusing on the great team here at ClickNetherfield, Alistair will be driving continuous improvements in our design and manufacture operations. As an experienced engineer and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he has an unshakable belief that highly trained and experienced colleagues working with the best equipment and a single goal of being the best supplier to the Museum industry will not only deliver the best products and services to our customers, but will also make ClickNetherfield the employer of choice for our colleagues.

  • Jim Stewart

    Director

    Background

    Jim is the driving force behind our daily operations and has overall responsibility for our performance on client projects. His years of experience in operations management have enabled Jim to develop internal project management systems that provide unrivalled standards of quality and service within the showcase industry. Jim often assumes Directorial responsibility for major client projects to ensure they exceed client expectations.

  • Khalid Faqir

    Finance Director

    Background

    Khalid has worked in Finance throughout his working life. His career started in 1990 at Keyline Builders Merchants where he remained for 9 years and during his time there he qualified from as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1994. Since then he has held senior finance roles in a variety of companies in different sectors including manufacturing, construction and technology in both SME and larger complex organisations. Khalid’s most recent role was as Head of Finance at Land Engineering.

    Outside of work Khalid’s main interest is rugby union and has been a member of his local club for 32 years and spent 2 years as the clubs President.

    Marketing Executive

    Background

    Louise graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2012 with a joint honours degree in Product Design & Marketing and has gained diverse experience working in various roles in the NHS in England. Louise co-ordinates the daily running of our marketing department, ensuring that online and offline marketing strategies are up to date and implemented accordingly. She aims to establish long-term relationships with our customers through facilitating effective communication.

    Before starting at ClickNetherfield, Tara worked managing a water metering contract and was responsible for distributing teams all over Scotland. She also worked on an energy efficiency project for the Climate Challenge Fund. With an extensive background in customer service Tara understand fully the importance of client satisfaction in her role as Project Manager for ClickNetherfield.

    Qualified with a degree in both Mechanical engineering and a post-graduate MBA, Stewart is an accomplished leader in high level commercial roles and within technically complex environments. With a successful track record of achievement and change management, Stewart brings with him a wealth of project management and planning experience gained in senior roles principally within the Oil and Gas industry.

    Livingston Office Manager Julie has been with us for a number of years.     Background

    Julie forms the other half of the sales estimation team, preparing estimates and quotations for customers. She also sends out brochures and additional material to customers and keeps the sales office on an even keel.

  • Kevin McGonigal

    Technical Lead

    Background

    Kevin McGonigal joined us as Technical Lead in November 2013, to push forward new design technologies and to improve the integration of processes between design and manufacture.

    Kevin has a degree background in both Architecture and Industrial Design and brings 15 years of Design and Project Management experience to the business. Working in multi-disciplinary consultancies he is capable of taking initial concepts through to manufacture with experience in metalwork, injection moulding and electronics design and commission.

    In his current role within the business Kevin will help develop future product ranges, introduce new manufacturing techniques and mentor the current design team to build their knowledge base.
