Our Quality Assurance

At Click Netherfield, quality is embedded throughout every stage of our process — from initial design and engineering through to manufacture, testing, installation and long-term support.

By retaining design, engineering, manufacturing, quality management and installation in-house, we maintain a high level of control over quality standards and accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

Quality begins at the earliest stages of design. Our drawings and technical information undergo rigorous review by our Project Engineers and Technical Managers before being released for manufacture.

This structured process ensures designs are fully coordinated, compliant and manufacturable, helping to identify potential issues early, reduce errors and ensure consistency across every showcase we produce.

Our manufacturing process incorporates multiple inspection and approval stages, with components checked by operators, department leads and our Quality Manager as they progress through production.

Project-specific inspection and testing documentation provides a controlled framework for verification throughout manufacture, assembly and final acceptance. Detailed inspection records and final quality checks provide full traceability and a documented quality history for every showcase.

This layered approach allows us to identify and resolve non-conformances at the earliest opportunity, reducing rework and protecting project programmes.

Wherever possible, showcases are fully assembled and tested within our factory before dispatch. This allows us to verify fit, functionality, finish and performance – and to identify and rectify any issues before the showcase reaches site.

Testing can include verification of mechanical operation, alignment, security features and environmental performance. Air Exchange Rate (AER) testing and other specified performance tests are carried out on fully assembled showcases where required, with certification incorporated into project documentation and O&M manuals.

Where testing or final sealing must be completed on site, the same controlled procedures are applied following installation.

Our quality assurance processes operate under our ISO:9001-certified Quality Management System, providing a robust framework for consistent quality, documented processes and continual improvement.

Our Quality Manager provides independent oversight through inspections, quality hold points, pre-dispatch reviews and final acceptance checks, ensuring our products consistently meet the required specifications and standards.

Our in-house manufacturing model enables us to respond quickly to any quality concerns identified during design, manufacture, testing or installation. Components can be repaired, remanufactured or replaced using our own facilities, reducing reliance on third-party suppliers and minimising potential impact on project programmes.

We continually review our processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring our quality standards evolve alongside our products, technology and the requirements of the museum sector.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond project completion. Our showcases are designed and manufactured for long-term performance, reliability and maintainability, supporting the protection and presentation of collections for many years.

Through warranties, ongoing technical support and proactive maintenance services, we help clients maintain showcase performance throughout the product lifecycle with our renowned Click After Sales service.

From design to delivery and beyond, our quality assurance processes are designed to provide confidence at every single stage of your museum showcase journey.
