In October 2023, Click Netherfield was appointed as a proud partner for the Obama Presidential Center, contributing 43 bespoke showcases to the preservation and display of significant artefacts from the Barack Obama Presidential Collection. Our work formed part of a wider project involving Ralph Appelbaum Associates (RAA), Civic Projects, Kubik Maltbie and other specialist suppliers, including LUXAM, Eos Lightmedia and Ravenswood Studios.
Over three months of on-site installation, our team assembled some of the project’s largest showcases, including a 13-metre-long display case. With the scale of many of the showcases preventing pre-assembly at our facility, careful design, manufacturing, packing and installation planning were essential to delivering the project successfully.
One Click Netherfield showcase houses a selection of the thousands of emails and handwritten letters that Barack Obama personally read during his presidency. The collection provides a unique insight into the experiences and perspectives that reached the President during his time in office and is among the exhibits he has highlighted as a favourite within the museum.
